Our Mission
Worship
- Experiencing and celebrating the saving love of God through: traditional, contemporary and creative styles of worship: music, arts, and crafts.
Teaching / Training
- Studying God’s word: Scripture
- Mentoring and discipleship training
- Holistically developing members in Christian faith, cultural understanding and social engagements: Socio-cultural fellowship and community celebrations, i.e. dinners / fetes.
- Developing (affirming) children and youth’s personal faith and encouraging their God-given gifts and talent.
Mission

Our Strategies
We support God’s mission in Hurstville City through:
Worship
- Sunday Worship Services exploring traditional, contemporary and/or hybrid of creative styles using music, arts, crafts.
- Worship services using a variety of hymns from traditional and contemporary sources; live band and utilising multimedia technology
Teaching / Training
- Weekly / fortnightly Bible Studies at church or ‘home groups’ addressing pressing issues
- Discipleship Training for sacraments (Holy Communion, confirmation and baptism) for church families and the wider community
- Training and counselling on weddings, family celebrations.
- Teaching about pastoral care for pastoral occasions like funerals, mental health
- Weekly Sunday School, Youth fellowship and outreach
Pastoral care
- Intentional visitations and pastoral care to the sick and lonely, seniors, young couples, youths, children and families
- Mentoring and counselling service for youths on regular basis.
Mission
- Intentional outreach to extended families and all in the community
- The Asian families and Community
- Social Services to the local community like English Language Classes and Tongan Language / Cultural School
- Employing Information Technology and Social Media to make Christ known
- Reaching out to the youth community by providing space and programs to help them explore identity and personal issues.
